The Kill the Pain EP was the first EP and first ever release by The Pain, Killers. On the EP were four integral Pain, Killers songs. The first three were co-produced by Antibiotics member Kai Bixby. The Sadness Stroll would introduce Jackson, the first Pain, Killers character, who would go on to be a main focus of many songs and story arcs.
